"In the eyes of Sandeman the government is calling all parents incapable of providing their children with the essentials to ensure them a good adulthood. Sandeman even continues on to question this theory, "Surely if parents have lost their grip...every child should be taken off its parents at birth and put into a 'Home Learning Environment'..."
